Shipping Charges

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the UAE.

  • Card / Online Payments: AED 10

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): AED 15

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed once confirmed and picked up by our courier.

  • Delivery takes 1–3 business days after order pickup.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next business day.

Remote Areas

  • Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

  • In such cases, deliveries are scheduled based on courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking update via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the courier service.

Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–2 times.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the delivery may be rescheduled.

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability may result in additional charges.
