Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At FitlyWear, we are committed to maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. FitlyWear does not offer monetary refunds for any purchases once an order has been placed and delivered.


2. Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer store credit only for eligible items.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued store credit equal to the purchase value (excluding shipping fees)

  • Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used on FitlyWear.com


3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange/store credit:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear

FitlyWear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

All such purchases are considered final sale.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  • Include your order number and reason for request

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.


6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • FitlyWear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


7. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
FitlyWear reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility for store credit.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:

  • Claims for refunds outside this policy may be denied

  • Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may result in order restrictions or account review

FitlyWear reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.
